Hi! After watching (don't judge me!) samurai gourmet on netflix, I was seriously intrigued on the Korean BBQ, and the wife approved getting a smokey joe for this...
I don't know if this will work. I did some research on the habachi grills (no way to get one of those here in Mexico without paying an arm, two legs, and other bits, and don't get me started on the japanese coal) which is why I proposed to my wife getting the smokey joe instead.
Any of you guys have ever used the joe for this? The idea is to use it for these bbq, and doing yakitori down the road.
