Anybody here have one of these 37" diameter behemoths? I just have several questions. Would a standard size SnS still work with this? (I'm guessing it would). What if I told you I know where to find one new in the box for $900? I have been lacking charcoal grill estate since I foolishly let my wife convince me to sell my old Brinkmann Professional last summer, and this would definitely fill that niche.

That thing is a monster, there's a Weber Grill restaurant in Chicago that uses them exclusively to cook on.
They sell for about $1500 retail so if you can get one for $900 with the $300 SNS then go for it !!!
I love what their web site has to say about it;
A yard full of friends, tables loaded with food and music with the essence of barbecue sharing the air. The enormous capacity of the Ranch Kettle charcoal grill sets the tone for a party that lasts until tomorrow.

I bought a Weber Range kettle for our local BBQ Club about 6 years ago. It can definitely cook a lot of food, and we use it mostly for grilling duties versus long smokes. I will say that it burns a lot of fuel and is kind of a pain to add charcoal. The lid and grates are huge and heavy. In my opinion, I would recommend a 26" and a Smoke EZ for home use. I've got that setup and it is a beast! With 2 grates the capacity is about the same as the Ranch, plus it's a much more manageable and versatile grill.

It's a "center ring" for the Weber kettle, similar to the center ring of a Weber Smokey Mountain. it turns the kettle into a bullet smoker with 2 grates, just like the WSM. When equipped with the 26 kettle the capacity is absurd. Pirate Scott

Steve R. there is only one answer my friend, you know it. Just take a deep breath, sigh & enjoy. It is why it’s called More Cooker Syndrome.

Current line-up of cookers: Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro, Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050, Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner 36" griddle, Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Smokey Joe.
I contacted the guy with the $699 one and got several pictures. Looks legit. Floor model, never actually used. This is about to happen, just as soon as I make a roster move to stay under the salary cap and keep the General Manager happy.

Mine definitely keeps score, but she doesn't have very expensive tastes. And she secretly appreciates this hobby of mine. I'm a recovering golf addict, so this at least keeps me at home, and there is a good meal to show for it at the end of the day. It ends up being an "advance" of sorts of what I would have gotten for Christmas, birthday, anniversary, etc., so it's all good.
