    Pizza on the Kettle

Have not done Pizza in awhile, so why not. I usually use Cast Iron for Pizza, but I wanted to try something different. I found a perforated Pan by Grill Pro at Runnings similar to the one used in the Video that was just posted. Quick cook, store bought dough, store bought sauce,Garden Fresh Sweet Peppers,Pepperoni.

CaptainMike, Georgia rookie 903, a heaping full large Weber chimney which completely fills the 2 Weber charcoal baskets. About 12- 15 minutes, I kept rotating it to cook the Bottom evenly. I did not measure the Temperature, but it is well over 600 Dome temp is Buried past 600. I want to try it with 2 more baskets, or do 2 chimneys and put all the coals around the perimeter.

CaptainMikeGeorgia rookie 903 that kettle can get screaming hot I think Jerod Broussard temped it super high like 600° or more. I don't recall but kettles get super hot. That looks like 80 coals or so.
