I bought a 26" Weber Kettle from Amazon last week. While assembling it I found the top had some Damage. Registered the Grill online, sent an Email to Support with a picture of the top. Today the Fed- Ex truck delivered a new top! I consider this to be awesome service and thought I should share. Great doing business with a company that cares.

SnS #3 with certificate. I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
SnS and Thermoworks iInstant read and leave-in thermometers.

Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church Holy Cow, Meathead's Red Meat.
Rubs without salt: Home-mixed versions of previously sold SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef using their recipe.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
I agree that Weber's customer service is great. When my 22" Copper Kettle arrived from Firecraft the bottom bowl had damage, but not from shipping as the box was in great shape. Firecraft told me to call Weber and they were great to deal with and my replacement bowl arrived quickly.

When I got my 14.5 WSM the center ring had a ding that prevented the lid from fitting. I called their customer service and the rep asked me to email him a pic of the damaged ring. I did and he ordered me a replacement part and told me it would arrive in 7-10 business days. 4 days later the part showed up at my doorstep and I wasn't even required to mail back the damaged part. That level of customer service was in my mind when I purchased the 26 last year.
