Current line-up of cookers: Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro, Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050, Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner 36" griddle, Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Smokey Joe.
The trick of using a few large binder clips to hold the lid down fixed my leak problem instantly. As an added bonus, you will feel like Macgyver and appear to be a real man of genius to your guests when you do stuff like that.

Cookers:
Large Big Green Egg with a Ceramic Grill Store rack system, and the SnS setup.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
For the first time in a long time I have no kettles as I gave them all away.
Everything Else:
SnS #3 with certificate. I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
SnS and Thermoworks instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates for BGE.
Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church Holy Cow.
Rubs without salt: Home-mixed versions of previously sold SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef using their recipe. SPOG.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
gpittman you are going to have a blast cooking with the SnS. Around midnight tonight I'm smoking an 8.5 lb pork butt. Your ribs look better than mine! I battled an entire hour of torrential rain so I not only had a big temp dip, the rain was so heavy that it got on the ribs, into my aluminum foil that I line the charcoal grate with to catch drippings, and probably a cup or two in the ash catcher. The ribs were still pretty darn good. I also use binder clips (4) for the leaks.

gpittman, I came to the Party Late but you are going to love Your S 'n S when it arrives For Ribs, For Butts, For Chicken and .....? Spend a little on ABCBBQ.Com. Adrenaline BBQ Co's Site their section on Temp Control and Recipies is a valuable recourse for Us! As cgrover60 noted above the S 'n S Will Not Be a Set and Forget in Total device it certainly reduces the constant tweeking required withe the Method You just Used! SHAKE THE ASHES DOWN EVERY +- 2 HRS! Generally I use an inverted Weber Roast/Turkey Rack for Ribs! Your Ribs Look Great! Eat Well and Prosper! From a Backyard Cremator in Fargo ND, Dan3 Photos

My worst nightmare has come true. I'm scheduled to be out of town today through next Sunday. The original delivery date for my SnS was next Thursday. No problem, I thought. It'll be ready and waiting for me when I get back. Two hours before I'm scheduled to leave today, it shows up at my door. Now I have to wait more than a week knowing it's here begging to be used. I'm tempted to cram the grill into my car and take it with me.

Looking good! I convinced my parents to get a 22" Webber last year because they love my ribs and I needed them to have a cooker that would get the job done when ever I came to town, but without expecting them to spend hundreds on something that only gets used when I visit. I've only used it 3 or 4 times, but I already know that a SNS (and maybe the grate that allows you to flip open just the side that's over the coals) would be a game changer. I've struggled with temp control, as I'm not experienced with coal or wood fueled smoking, but I'm now actively hunting craigslist for a Webber of my own, preferably a 26".
