If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Nice addition to the cooking lineup! Makes me wonder if I need one in my future!
I don't like those grates with the removable sections. I often hang my grate on the lid bail or handle while cleaning the grill and then getting the charcoal going. Not possible with those parts falling off. The older 26" just had the hinged sides. It's a shame if its still stainless like it used to be, but probably means I would end up eventually replacing it with an Easyspin grate.

That's actually an 18, and its a Target knockoff that's easily 35 years old. It was black when it was new.
Bricks and pavers, yes. I bought this on Jan 9, two days into a two week long Santa Ana wind event. It sat in the garage, in the box, for like 5 days before I assembled it. There was a brief lull, and then the wind came storming back. I also had a tie down strap holding the lid on. We were getting gusts up to 60 mph in our location for almost 2 weeks.
