    I love my Weber Kettle!

    Two and a half hours into this cook! B&B charcoal using snake method. Burn is about 1/4 around right now. This brisket started off at 16 lbs. I trimmed a good part away. Did not separate point and flat entirely, but the hard fat in between is out. I've rendered the fat to lard, made some bird suet mix and stashed dog treats. Nothing wasted!

            Yep, Weber kettle rocks. I’m at the hunting camp, rocked the snake method on a pork butt. Didn’t touch it for 10 hours. Lots of fat and happy men tonight. Settling in to watch AU play Tenn. WDE!

                I’m really liking the one I picked up for my GF’s house.
                I’m still working out the fire/heat management…and it feels significantly smaller than my WSCG…but overall it’s a keeper.

                      It is an all time legend. I feel like we all owe the Weber Kettle a nod of appreciation, even if we don't own one. .
