While I love my WSCGC, my Summit gasser, the Somerset stove, and my griddle…those all currently live at my parent’s house. Seeing as my daily drive is a two-seater convertible…that’s where they’re going to stay. For now. And the pickup I drive when working has a shell on it, so none of those would fit there either. Besides, my GF’s patio is a bit on the small side.
I’ve been using a DynaGlo here and while it works, it’s a PITA to clean if one doesn’t do it after every cook. And her son doesn’t…ever. I can also be guilty of letting a cook be forgiven. It’s a sure fire way of getting ash everywhere. Weber to the rescue.
I thought about just getting a Weber Kamado…but wanted to see how the kettle was maintained before I splashed out for that.
The box on top is a GBS griddle insert to add some versatility. I also picked up a pizza stone and a rotisserie for good measure. With the exception of the obvious Amazon box, Home Depot was pleased to see me. LOL
