If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

Enjoy! Personally, if I could only keep one grill, it would be my Performer Deluxe. The ample table, cart with storage, charcoal bin and propane ignition for the charcoal all make it a great grill. Plus all the accessories for 22 inch kettles...

Yep, year 7 on mine and use it 2-3 times per week. Only wish it would hold temps better when it’s in the 20’s outside with the wind blowing. 😄

I already have the Vortex, Slow 'N Sear Deluxe, EasySpin grate, Drip 'N Roast pan and the SNS Elevated Grill Rack. I think I'm set for accessories for now...
