My thoughts are that if you're confident the flooding was water and organic materials it will be fine to clean out as I suggested earlier. If you feel like the ceramic was exposed to chemicals, then that's a different story. We'd need to understand what potential chemicals we're talking about and quantities.
If the BGE was in the backyard when it got flooded I doubt there were enough contaminants to worry about. If it was in the basement next to a 30 gallon drum of paint that overflowed into the BGE then that might be a deal killer.
