Tips for reconditioning a Weber Kettle Performer?

My son just bought his first house and I want to give him my Performer. I put new grates in it and replaced the one-touch ash cleaner with a new one. The table has several rust spots that I'm working on with a Dremel tool and wondered if anyone had recommendations for a suitable paint to spray on the table once I'm done. Also, if there are spots on the kettle itself is there a recommended paint for that? Thanks in advance.
