I am wondering what happens if you have two Maveric radio transmitter thermometers at the same time. I expect that there would be some kind of conflict and you wouldn't know which probes were being displayed on which receiver. What do you do if you have more than one kettle or a kettle and an egg going at the same time and want digital thermometers in each?

Nothing will happen. Sometimes I will have 3-4 Mavericks side by side -

I have run 4 at once. They send out signals in bursts at set intervals, and apparently the receivers only receive the signal at regular intervals too. Like Jerod says if you turn them on one set at a time they'll only communicate with each other (sync) one set at a time. Then once one set syncs, turn on the next, and so on. I have never had them interfere with each other. I suppose it's possible if you were to sync a set at the exact time another set tries to send a signal out, but that's very unlikely and it's never happened to me over 3 years of using them.Comment
