                  Jon I think I'm going to try this to impress my wife and kids. I don't like my bacon hard, but with some flex left, so let's say medium. How long did the eggs take, and how long the bacon ? I would shoot for my eggs to be to a medium level as well, firm whites but still liquid yolks. This may take some side by side time trials to get my preferences down but I think you've started something fun for me to play with.

                  Also what'd you use for coal volume and rough temp?
