* - Favorite Beer - the cold one in my hand (craft beers of all flavors; haven't had a blue yummy in over 6 years) my tastes change with the season so it is difficult to name just a couple. However, I will occasionally have a vanilla porter float in the summer (Empyrean Vanilla Porter w/a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream) as I usually drink stouts & porters in the colder months, pale ales & IPAs in the warmer months. I have to add Not Your Father's Root Beer to beers I use for floats.
* - Booze - I don't really have a favorite, but lean towards single malt Scotch & Irish whiskey
* - Wines - Reds: mainly the heavy stuff mixed in with the occasional pinot noir ( I have yet to meet a malbec I didn't like); Whites: German & Nebraska (hey, I have to support the home team)
* - Favorite Spice outlets - Volcanic Peppers - Bellevue, NE
* - Current butchers: Cure - Ft. Calhoun
Jon Solberg Thanks for giving this a bump. While screwing up some ribs last Sunday it dawned on me my neighbor to the south has 22" OTG along with a homemade UDS and the neighbor to the west has a 22" OTS. I am hoping I can get some pics of all 3 cooking on the same day, albeit they won't be in the same frame unless I rent a helicopter.

JeffJ I love my 26 with the SnS. I just wish it was even larger so I could put 4 or 5 racks of ribs flat on the grill without having to stand them on edge. No biggie, I am just getting lazier with age and I don't fancy having to turn the ribs every 90-120 minutes so the ends don't get burned up. With that being said, I haven't had any complaints and my wife will not hesitate to critique my work.

Craigar have you considered a hover grill? I have one and it has come in handy on a few occasions.

We spent the weekend at the Southern/Western most part of Michigan with friends. I came across a few kettles, so I snapped some pics.
Our friends had a kettle in their backyard. I was told their grandpa deposited it there 25 years ago and at that time it was already old. Jon Solberg loves the oldies.
The handle for the lid has seen better days:
