First cook on the new baby.

Had just enough time to do a quick cook on the new to me grill. Hot and fast brats. It was nice to get back in the kettle game after being without for over 2 years. Not expecting a big leaving curve since I do have a fair few years of past kettle experience. The new baby is certainly going fill a big hole in my cooker lineup.

Lucky for me, I'm taking it like a duck to water. I'm going to love having a kettle back in the line-up.

Leaning fire management is very important for temperature control. I had to learn to set temperature in my Traeger.

If you got one of the rare Traegers that will hold a set temp, you should buy lottery tickets next time you stock up on PBR.
