If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Actually, looking at the specs, the cooktop is 39 inches in diameter. The grate in the center is 17". So this thing is much larger than I had imagined. I had been looking at it picturing the size of a kettle grill, when its more like the Ranch kettle in diameter.
The rotisserie is disappointing though - the skewers are probably 16 inches long, but the rotisserie also only holds 5 pounds... and is manual only, with locking at every 90 degrees.
