Gaucho grills? I think "gaucho" spans from the American SW all the way down to South America.

The name is part of your story, and part of the marketing.

Youre also making BIG grills that can feed a lot of folks. I don't know if there's a Spanish term that is specific for bbqs for large groups of family......
