Pellet grills are hard to beat for ease of use. I have a ceramic grill with an external controller and a pellet is still easier. But you know all about the kettle, getting the slow n sear for it will work out very well. So I guess it boils down to budget. The SNS will be cheaper, the pellet cooker will have more capacity, be super easy to use, but cost more and isn’t as versatile as a kettle (direct heat higher temp cooking just isn’t what a pellet is good for). Not slamming pellet cookers, they are awesome at lower temps to about 350. They use more pellets at higher temps, pellets tend to cost more than charcoal.
I would rule out the electric. I have one. It works. But if you don’t have restrictions (for example, burn bans or condo commandos) a pellet grill is just as easy to use AND gives better results.
