Cleaning the parts (grates, shelf, etc) is no big deal, but cleaning the interior of the smoker is a pain. What is the best cleaner to use, and can I try to burn off the residue after a cook like I do with my Weber grill?

Currently own:
Weber 22 and 26 Kettle.
Regular gasser with rotisserie.
Custom built horizontal stick burner.
Custom built duel fuel "whole hog" cooker.
Many other tools of the trade.
My brother picked one of these up at a yard sale few weeks ago and dropped it on my porch Saturday.
I would think you could 'burn-off' after a Cook but I don't think it will be as good as a burn off with a gas grill. Gasser and charcoal can reach higher temps to incinerate leftover food bits more efficiently.
I have a smoke tube and plan to use this grill as a makeshift electric smoker and food warmer. It is a neat little grill.
