    Broil king Mahi tacos

    I don't feel like this channel gets enough love, for how much I've loved my broil king.

    You can see the whole cook on this thread.

    Picked up some great looking mahi mahi today. Pretty thick cuts - close to an inch. I've always grilled fish hot and fast. Anyone do anything different? Any point in trying to reverse sear?


    You can see my two zone set up, grill grates for sear, and foil pouch for hickory chips. Click image for larger version

      It must be exhausting to maintain a harem of that size.


      Two cookers is enough for me...... Unless our neighbor still has his Yoder still when I've saved enough to afford it
