Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

My wife and I have been visiting our favorite northern MI winery for over a decade, Chateau Chantal, and we stopped in there Friday. We know the tasting room manager Bill really well and so I asked about picking up some grape wood from them. He said we could scavenge their vineyards for some of last fall's prunings that they just mow up.
My wife helping. Kids helped too but they didn't make it in the photo.
A van full (made a mess on our luggage but that's part of the life of a stickburner).

We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).
