        What size do they need to be I was going to cut to the size of the box about 3” long

        Yep I don’t usually cook 9 butts at once thankfully - just that one other time with 84 for the cheerleaders! Two cookers going is a common occurrence though. Seeing pictures like this reminds me I’ve got a good selection of cookers, and the MCS eases a little.

          2 moor day will draw the winner October 18 th good luck. It Appears to be around 10 pounds of wood. It’s a heavy smoke I’ve used it on chicken pork and beef
