I would recommend: www.cookingwoods.com local to Seattle , I have a KBQ and purchase my wood from Sams NW BBQ in Sherwood Oregon and cookingwoods.com is the source. Splits are 12" so you will need to do 1 cut and maybe 1 split for the KBQ to get that "red bull can" size. I have talked to the owner and wood is NOT kiln dried but air dried with moisture content target of 20%. I have been very satisfied with the wood when I cannot find a local source from Craigslist or occasionally harvest my own.
