I was cleaning and organizing my garage, when Providence shined upon me and gave me these (they were there all along):
Cherry chunks, gifted by my neighbor a couple years ago before they moved. He used to be a woodworker, but I am guessing he had these scraps chopped up for his smoker. Anyhow, life's little victories. This should keep me busy smoking for a while.
Weber Smoky Mountain 18” and 22”
Weber Smoque XL w/ front and side folding tables
Weber Genesis E-430 (came with the frame kit).
DigiQ fan controller (WSM 22” has the attachment)
Nexgrill 6 burner gas grill (replaced original grates with GrillGrate grates)
Turkey fryer (2)
Maverick ET-732 (2)
Char-Broil Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer, Bunk Basket (2)
SouthwestDisc 18" Cooking Disc
Over the last year and a half we’ve been renovating our garage and basement- the two space we literally just throw everything we didn’t know what to do with for 10 years. Both spaces were completely filled w crap. It has been amazingly mentally liberating to throw out so much stuff. Still go a lot to get rid of.
At my age I find surprises several times a week. I found my Shamino Calcuta fishing reel I’ve been looking for. I hadn’t seen it in at least a year. There it was on a shelf in the gun safe, just where i had put it.
