I'm in central FL and have a rack that is 4' wide x 4' high and it came with a cover. I keep it in my backyard near the pool pump. Got some patio block to stand it on and it is about 6" off the ground. Has worked well for two years so far.

For me and my KBQ that needs moisture in the fuel, I only stock small amounts because of our hot weather in California during the summer. Storage becomes less of a problem and is stored on a convertible hand truck that can be used in the 4 wheeled position and wheeled around the side yard.
