Previously, I had criticized B&B but yesterday I was very impressed by them. I smoked a rack of St. Louis ribs using B&B Post Oak. They gave me great smoke, with more good smoke than any pellets I had ever used. Had a nice aroma and left a small amount of ashes in the pot. Anxious to try them out again tomorrow on meatloaf.

Clark yeah it gets great mileage on pellets. When I did the butt awhile back, it ran for something like 9 or 10 hours and the hopper wasn’t empty. I really like that little guy. My wife did a whole red snapper on it yesterday and loved it (I am allergic to fish and didn’t try it out).
