I’ve only had the new ones, with the “B” stamped on them, so I obviously can’t compare; but I LOVE the new ones compared to KBB. I think they light faster, get hotter, and burn longer. Of course either one works, and I’ll produce good food either way. But I have a strong preference for the B&B.

I’ll be damned! I just got a little something in the mail from B & B Charcoal Co. Was NOT expecting this, I don’t even know how they got my address 🧐…… Below is my last response to Heather from B & B/Duraflame, concerning her timely replies from her about the briquette size change.
Heather, thank you so much for the quick replies! I have to say, the way most big companies are these days with customer service, your candidness and timely responses are rare, but MUCH appreciated! I have shared your replies with our other members and I expect a big sigh of relief from them. We love B & B products and we actually brag on them a lot to our members who may ask for charcoal buying advice. She later thanked me for my last reply above. I honestly don’t know how she got my address, as I didn’t give it to her and she didn’t ask me for it, but hey, that’s ok! I’ll admit, if I hadn’t mentioned being an AmazingRibs Pit Club member in my first email, this might not have happened. I’ll take it anyway!
Some type of B & B cloth, not sure what it’s used for. Several decals also.
