I use a very cool Mac only application called Vellum to make the ebooks. I click one button and it spits out versions for Kindle, Nook, Apple, Google Play, and "print". Print is a pdf and until recently the pdf versions contained live links, crucial to getting full benefit. They seem to have removed this. ePub has become the standard. Clint found a way to convert epub to pdf. I'll try to find out how.

Ace, I have added links for .pdf versions of six of our ebooks back to the first post in this thread. The link for the new burger ebook should be added later today, I am just setting it up now.
