- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

For Kindle, get the mobi version just added above

Meathead I downloaded to my desktop. Can these be downloaded directly from the site to my Ipad? Or can I email them to myself and then print to pdf files on the Ipad? Not at all sure how to do this.

My current cookers include a Shirley Fabrication 24x36 patio model; Weber Performer with the Slow-n-Sear 2.0 & Drip & Griddle; Pit Boss Series 2 propane smoker & SnS Travel Kettle.
Straight Whiskey: I'm a bourbon guy. All time favorite Pappy Van Winkle 12 year. Standard go to Blantons
Blended Whiskey: James Oliver American Whiskey
I also enjoy an occasional cigar
Anyone else getting a parsing error on the epub files? I can download the PDF files to my kindle fire and open them fine, but I get a parsing error whenever I download & try to open the epub formatted file.

I'm guesing this is trying to read it with Kindle? Up above I posted this: I also have a .mobi format version that might run better on Kindle. send me an email at [email protected] and I'll send one to you. Tell me which one to send.

Well I did it, I cooked two 3/4†NY strip loins tonight using Meatheads method and they were the best steaks I have cooked. I was always disappointed with my results using a gas grill, a cast iron pan helped but cooking them hot and fast over charcoal on my Primo was the best solution yet. I also made a mushroom sauce to go with it from Chief Jean-Pierre that is to die for. It was -7C outside with a cold N wind tonight but that did not stop me. Here is my proof. As I said Meathead has never let me down yet.

Alabama Smoke download the epub version and it should open up Apple Books. Or download it on a computer and double click it and it will open it in Apple Books and then it should sync with iPad. You can also open pdfs with Apple books.

There are a couple of ways to get a book onto your iPAd:
1. Email it to yourself
2. Copy it to iCloud drive using your computer, and open it on the iPad
3. Sync it using iTunes on your computer.
Apple Books supports the PDF and EPUB versions of these books. The MOBI version is not supported by Apple Books, but would work with the Kindle app on the iPad.
I could not email the MOBI versions to my Kindle, as they were too large for an email, but I was able to sync them using a USB cable. I've not tried to put on my iPad, but would probably try the iCloud drive approach, assuming you have iCloud on your Mac or PC.

jfmorris You don't need to copy the books to iCloud Drive, at least if you download them on a Mac. Go to System Preferences>iCloud>iCloud Drive>Options... and make sure Books is turned on. Do the same on your iPhone/iPad. Then open Books on the Mac and File>Add to Library... and browse to where you downloaded the books. They'll automatically sync across all your devices that are logged in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
