This is awesome Henrik. I’m really happy for you.
As others have said I look forward to seeing it in stores or online.
It’s labeled Beef Rub. What types of beef is it best for? Briskets, chuckies, steaks????
I’m a huge chuckie fan myself. Might be the secret ingredient for a cheesesteak recipe I’m trying to put together. You never know.

Thanks all! The camaraderie, cheering on and overall helpfulness in this forum always blows me away. Thank you!

So, to answer a few questions: I'm not in the process of starting a restaurant. It would be fun, but I think it's just too much work, and too high a risk, financially.

I am looking into creating my own line of offset smokers though. I had a chat with a fella this weekend who has plenty of connections with steel workers in Poland and Ukraine, as well as China. I need to do a lot of work to see if this is viable, but it would be so incredibly cool to design, build and sell my own line of smokers. If possible, I'd like to keep manufacturing in Europe. It's just easier with time zones, travel, et.c.
There's still a looong ways to go, but I'll keep you posted whenever I make progress.

Thanks! It took a while, but I'm happy with the design. Clean and simple.

Hey Hank, buddy, old pal, you left me off the list of professional triers !!!! My taste buds are highly refined and super critical !!! Seriously, good luck in you endeavors, whatever they may be. I'll be watching for your move into custom bbq pits. It would seem the European market is ripe for something like that and who knows how far that would go? Again, best of luck my Swedish friend !!

You got it together by the looks of things, so you don't need luck, but good luck anyways.
