      I just can't figure out why the roasting pan doesn't have any drippings in it and how it is so clean. How did you manage that Earnest?

                  Not only does it look good Barry, the taste was fantastic. Nothing like a que sandwich with pickle, onion, a little bbq sauce and potato chips on the side.

                Bone in ribeyes this evening. Low and slow cooked on the PBC then seared on the Weber kettle.
