    I forgot to post the dessert I made for my Italian feast above. Home made Neapolitan ice cream - super rich chocolate, cheesecake ice cream instead of vanilla and a strawberry sherbet. Super yummy

      It’s Pi day so, of course, I made some pies. Classic Chicken Pot Pie for dinner with a mini Lemon Cream Cheese Pie for each of us to enjoy

      Being the Mexican food aficionado that I am, I whipped up some Fajita beef enchiladas for lunch today. I also made some crispy beef tacos for my buddy Nelson.

        They look like summertime to me!
        In a previous life I had In-Laws in Johnsonville, WI. We did ours on the grill until we’ll done, the soaked in a hot bath of beer, butter, and onions. HmmmmmmMmm.

      I made venison backstrap and some sautƩed vegetables. The backstrap got away from me a little bit, but because it was marinating for 48 hrs. in fish sauce and low sodium soy sauce it tasted.....ok

        Grilled redfish on the half shell, basted in a butter lemon caper sauce. Simple but damn good. It attracted quite an audience of interested onlookers.

        Was looking through the freezer a couple days ago and found this whole American Wagyu bavette. Grilled it on the PK with some Jealous Devil lump. Delicious!

          I could eat corned beef hash every day I think, even the Hormel stuff from the can that looks like dog food. That plate of grub is 10/10
