The guys at Chef Steps are certifyable. I have cooked with them several times and they are so smart and so much fun. This time they have gone waaaaay over the top. Theu low and slow a thick steak and then give it a quick dip in the deep fat fryer, then liquid nitrogen and then back into the hot oil and repeat a few times! Crust mania!
