Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. 3 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
I couldn't find a specific thread for indoor cookers, so here's where I dropped it. I have a Ninja Sizzle that I enjoy. With Burn Ban and Red Flag warnings daily the Sizzle comes on handy. This isn't about a food which was a stuffed burger, 9 oz. I've done these on the Kettle, Spirit in grill and griddle mode. I never saw this result for a sear. Prior to this I cooked a bunch for bacon. Some in the burger. The result is the best I've had. I might have mentioned that before. I cut the burger in half as I can't consume that amounts in my old age and paired with Tots with my spicy mayo. Leftover is a good thing.
