UPDATED- First comp for Polish Smoke!

Well, the results are in and we are super excited!
Out of 40 teams in the Pro Division we cooked 6 racks of ribs and 2 Pork Butts we took 3rd in ribs and 3rd in Pork Butt and ended up as the Grand Champions of the Dark Horse Brewing 8th annual Smoke Off! Just wanted to thank Ar and the Pit members for all the knowledge and help over the years and my team mate Juddlight.
We were blessed to be able to be part of This charity event with proceeds of over $21,000 being raised and donated to MACS which is a volunteer organization that gives emergency aid to less fortunate families in the Marshall area, 365 days a year. This help includes: food, clothing, medication, transportation, heat and electric assistance, holiday "adopt-a-family" programs and holiday food, gift and clothing packages.
