First Comp - Let the Adventure Begin

First competition is this weekend. Northern Neck BBQ Cookoff in Montross, VA.

Competing in Ribs, Chicken and People's Choice (pork butts).

There are only two other teams so I'm guaranteed at least third in each category.

This is a tune up practice for my first KCBS Competition next weekend at the First State BBQ Bash in Delaware.

For me, this would be a great way to start comp BBQ with a small group so that I could refine my process within a competitive atmosphere vrs practicing it all in my backyard. Good luck and have fun.
