    Backyard Rib and Chicken Class in Huntsville, Tx


    We will have a Backyard Rib and Chicken class taught by BBQ Bob Trudnak, Pitmaster of The BBQ Guru Competition Team, from 1pm – 4pm on Friday February 27th, in Huntsville, Tx at the Walker County Fairgrounds. Cost of the class will be $75 per person. To sign up you can contact Ben Pruitt at 936-661-4204.

          It's in my hometown. I will be there competing in the cook off. Depending on how my time frames look, I may sit in on this one too. If you get down this way, holler at me.

                  I used to live in Crockett and now in Alaska, but nothing beats good Texas smoke. I'd love to fly down for this and just walk around and catch that Texas air....
