    Backyard Rib and Chicken Class in Huntsville, Tx


    We will have a Backyard Rib and Chicken class taught by BBQ Bob Trudnak, Pitmaster of The BBQ Guru Competition Team, from 1pm – 4pm on Friday February 27th, in Huntsville, Tx at the Walker County Fairgrounds.                   I used to live in Crockett and now in Alaska, but nothing beats good Texas smoke. I'd love to fly down for this and just walk around and catch that Texas air....
