Going to Hudson Valley Ribfest in 2 weeks. Looking to get some new BBQ Rub Shakers to use at the comp. I have the shakers that rubs come in and assorted others. Are there any good stainless steel, clear plastic bbq rub shakers that are recommended?

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

Plus they have plastic snap-on lids that keep the rub fresher between cooks.

Cookers:
SnS Kettle with SnS Deluxe, SS & Cast iron pans, elevated grate.
Grilla OG with upper shelf and pizza stone.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
Everything Else:
SnS #3 I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
Instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates.
Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
BBQr's Delight Hickory & Apple flavor pellets, propane torch, 12" smoke tube.
Grilla apple & hickory pellets, Royal Oak charcoal pellets.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church, Meathead's.
Rubs without salt: SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef.
Rubs home-mixed: None at this time.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
I bought a couple of these at a Dollar Tree store for $1.00 each and will hold just over a cup, and the only issue I've had is that a few larger clumps in my MMD won't pass thru so when I'm done shaking on a pork butt or ribs I remove the lid and pour them out. I do like the ones that fzxdoc and billg71 mentioned above because they come with lids.

fuzzydaddy , when Iake MMD, after I get it mixed, I pour it into a wire strain and shake it through into a bowl. Anything that doesnt pass through I pour into my spice grinder and pulverize it and then add it back in.

I usually don't have much but that's a great tip Dewesq55. Thank-you.
-
Here's a relatively low cost option without having to worry about corrosion.
BTW, in rubs where there is diversity in particle size of ingredients and the option given above by Dewesq55 isn't feasible or desirable, to avoid uneven delivery of different ingredients due to particle size variation, dividing the ingredients of the rub between two or more shakers of different hole sizes based on particle size of the ingredients could be an option. For example, if you wanted to keep your black pepper coarse and other ingredients fine, that might be the way to go.
Sorry for the run on sentence.

No sentence should have unnecessary words; No paragraph should have unnecessary sentences; No drawing should have unnecessary lines; No machine should have unnecessary parts. NONE of that crap matters on a forum and everything you included was necessary.99% of what I do is a "run of unnecessary."
