I know I'm a bit late to the discussion, however, I'd ditch the junior and keep the XL. I'm learning that even with cooking for the two of us that the Primo XL extra real estate comes in handy for reverse searing and indirect cooking. I've also found in my few cooks that it has fairly nominal fuel consumption so that its extra size doesn't really cost me anything in terms of fuel use. That said, I still think I need to add at least one more cooker to the arsenal (I have my eye on an insulated vertical cabinet smoker).

Honestly, I'd lose the two Primo's ... That Weber Summit Kamado can do everything they can do (and more) ... (and then you'd have room to indulge in a bit of MCS as you "sadly" replace one of the old Primo's).

Summit. I would never get rid of my Primo XL if I had one. I have a KJ Jr. and I really like to use that for small, one steak cooks. They light up quick, get hot and you are done. No need to fire up a big rig for a small cook. And I bet it looks cool to have the XL and the matching Jr.
Personally, I like cooking with ceramic. I had a steal Kamado and it wore out, rusted and never sealed as well as my ceramics. (Easy Weber fan boys, I know the Weber is better than the Broil King Keg) There is just something I love about all that ceramic. They are works of art on the patio. You can't beat that true two-zone cooking you get from the Primo XL. Plus, Primos are pretty unique, you see a lot more Weber Kamados than you do Primos.

Having had my Primo XL for only a few months and I am, admittedly, learning its intricacies. I have a Yoder YS-640, a Napoleon 665 RSIB, PK 360, 2 Weber Kettles, and a Blackstone. The Primo is rapidly becoming my favorite and I would say if I could have only one cooker (my MCS would never allow it) I can say I that the Primo XL would likely be in a big fight with my Yoder. I do love the Primo. I will also say if I could only have 2 grills it would definitely be the Yoder and the Primo XL.

I might drop the small Primo. You can still cook a small amount on the bigger one but not the other way around, so to me having 2 Primos, heavy non-portable units, wouldn't make sense in my personal view.
