    Winner winner chicken dinner I drilled at least 12 more holes in my 1 quart large smoke pot. And I got lots of smoke 💨 but tested it after a pizza cook so I had a very hot grill I sealed the lic as best as I could with aluminum foil and set it on the hot coals. When it got smokeing real good open the cooker lid to see where the smoke was coming from the bottom or the lid it appeared to be the bottom of the smoke pot🤓 I m going to cook short ribs tonight we will run it again at 225 ish and just wood in the pot 😎

      Personally, I would not use foil to seal it. I feel like the foil is going to burn up in the fire. I think the small Camp Chef pot might be a better option to help seal the top.

      Low and slow same old crap no smoke. Kick up temp 250 ran for an hour no smoke bump up 275 no smoke temp hit 285 at the grate light blue smoke🤓 11/2in too cook 300 st cook pretty blue smoke Wibs at 170. I will hold cooker at 300ish at grate till end of cook meat 200 internal and will kill fire and check pot in the morning will write my Conclusion then
