How do you guys like to set up your Joe for making pizza? I bought the large pizza stone for the big Joe and I'm itching to get started.

Heat deflectors up as high as you can get them. Then put spacers (see picture). I use foil but you can use bolts. As long as there is space between heat deflectors and the pizza stone. Then put pizza stone on top of spacers. Get your joe up to 700-750 and cook your pizza. I like to use parchment paper when I make the dough because it makes sliding the pizza on and off the stone easy.
