Big Green Egg Warranty

While cleaning out the bottom dome of my egg, I noticed an irregular shaped 6 in crack that went through to the other side. The folks at the warranty division just asked for pictures of it. I picked up the new dome last week for no charge. It was still under warranty. I bought this Egg in June of 1997. That's what I call an example of the Green Egg folks lifetime warranty. My only dilemma now is should I cook the turkey on the Egg or my new MAK Grill.

Use the Mak for the turkey. Use the BGE for all the sides.

I had some of the external paint chip off in 2014. They replaced the body. My kind of warranty!
