Not sure where to post this, but considering I’m asking about the SnS Plancha specifically, I figured this would be the best place.
I have only been cooking on one side. The “bottom side” has been getting a little nasty with grease and rust. Having a Lodge griddle for the stovetop, I occasionally use both sides, but mostly the flat side. When I need to flip to the wavy side, a quick clean/oil and it’s good to go.
My question, should I clean and season the bottom of my plancha, and start alternating my cooks on it?
