So far I’ve gotten St. Louis ribs, skirt and flank steaks, beef ribs, a couple of strip primal’s and have a full packer in the freezer.
Everything has been excellent so far. The strip I cut into steaks and also made a roast. Just fantastic. The other strip I plan on cooking at Christmas for my family.
They seem to have sales pretty often. Sign up for their emails. Look for them and grab yourself some goodness.
