I have the WSCGC and a PKTX (trying my hand at SCA this fall) as well; it isn't apples to apples, but the shape and concept is similar to a 360.
I may add the 360 to the grilling area that will be built w/our new house in 2021, mainly b/c I think they look cool and PKs cook well.
I have to say the WSCGC is the best grill I own - two 22in Kettles (MT and Red Limited), PKTX, Lodge Camp Grill, PBC, Napoleon Prestige Pro 500.
It is also the best grill I have cooked on period, including BGEs, Akorns, KJs, Primos, and other Weber gassers...still want to try M and Hasty Bake for a more robust experience.
If I'm being honest, the TX hasn't been a game changer for me over a 22in Kettle or WSCGC for how a SCA type steak is cooked...although I am still on the learning curve w/this style/design/materials/coal amount.
PK TX and 360's advantage is they are vastly more portable and efficent to break down/set up than the WSCG(C) or a Kettle for contest cooking...unless you're hauling a trailer.
If you're looking to cook at home and only have one cooker that mostly stays there, you can't do better for the money than a WSCGC, IMO.
