My New PK

I bought a PK Grill yesterday and assembled it today. I was looking for something portable (I have an XL Big Green EGG) and am looking to participate in a few streak cook off this year.

The PK is a great steak and chop cooking machine! I really like the TX version for portability.

Growing up in Chicagoland, always had Webers. There’s something about those PK’s that makes me want one. Can’t find them on Offer Up, definitely not getting one delivered while the boss is at home. Tempting tho, but that would be suicide. Great looking grill, enjoy
