I can’t stop. Grilled up some red peppers and thin cut Black Angus sirloins. Very tasty!

I hear you about the PK. Ever since I got my 360, I've been cooking like crazy on it. I did a beautiful 2lb prime top sirloin on it last night and it came out great. I've been using my Grill Grates on my sear cooks and am really starting to like them a lot. My Weber Kettles are taking a timeout and the BGE, Traeger, Texas Pit and Summit gasser are not getting as much action lately, lol.
