Happy Day! Ordered the PK360 last week and it arrived last night. I put it together this morning and she's a beauty!
Burning her in now. She's on the small side but perfect for weeknight meals when it's just the three of us. Primary use is for two zone cooks steaks, chops, and chicken.
I have an old PK Grill I picked up over the summer that I haven't had a chance to cook on yet. If I like it I want to add a 360 to my wishlist. Love the look of them and the vent configuration gives you great control over the airflow.
Fantastic looking chicken. I do a lot of grilling on my kettle decked out with a complete set of GrillGrates. I tell you that because you mentioned the need to wait for the coals to die down. GG’s would allow you to just move on and cook. I love em’ for semi-direct charcoal cooking
rwalters I do the same thing with my kettle - I don't do 2 zone for chicken or burgers and chops anymore, as the grill grates let me use the entire kettle for direct cooking without worry about burning things up.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
