If all goes well, i.e. I don't get called into storm work, I'm purchasing my PK 360 Friday. I just needed to tell somebody who can be excited with me. I'm looking forward to the first burn and subsequent cooks on this grill.
With that said, one thing that I am curious about, do any 360 users have any tips on cleaning ash out of the grill? I'm assuming a whisk broom and bucket hung on the bottom is about as good as it'll get. Otherwise, I think I've about figured everything else out on it.

Congrats! I just received mine last Friday. It’s very easy to put together. As others have pointed out, the top vents leak. After one rain storm, I placed an order for the basic cover.
Congrats on getting a great grill! I use a cheap brush (get it from Home Depot or similar) and just brush it down and out through the ash hole in the middle. Actually, I don't have a PK360 yet, but I've borrowed and used it several times. You're gonna love it!
The only thing I was missing (and this is a minor remark) is some kind of indicator on the bottom vents. It's hard to tell wether they're open or closed. Easily fixed with a magic marker or something.

I love the PK360 for it's design and the way it cooks. My only real issue, and the reason I passed on one, is the 360 stands for the square inches of cooking surface, versus a 22" Weber kettle at 380 sq inches. I can also buy 5 Weber's for the price of one PK. Kind of put it into perspective for me.
The pail bucket I bought at Home Depot is a Behren's 10 qt. I mention this because they have a smaller one that didnt work.
I had a 2" contractors "pro" paint brush that went un-used during a home improvement project so that is what I use to sweep ashes out. Due to the nooks & crannies I'm mulling over the idea of getting an ash vac but it's not a critical need...just laziness. The paint brush has an angled edge which works those areas pretty nicely.

The black end tables can get greasy looking quickly. I use a nylon bristle brush with Dawn Ultra 3X dish soap. I dry it off with blue Scott Shop towels which won't leave lint behind...got everything at Home Depot.

As others said, just a plain paint brush works well. Now if you do a greasy cook and the ash mixes with grease, then some scraping is required. Not too bad really. i also put marks on my vent settings and found ways to keep rain out.
I would like to see it designed so you wouldn’t need a cover. It’s all aluminum and stainless so it won’t rust.
Well, the local guy must've been having a bad day, needless to say, I did not purchase a grill today....from him. I hate that, I like to support local when I can. So, I pulled the trigger online using the Amazingribs deal, with the included Pro Cover. Super pumped that thing will be sitting on my porch soon!
Spacecase, sorry I'm late responding, but weather had me working crazy hours. Yes, the PK shipped the same day I ordered and arrived promptly. Putting it together it just reeks of quality, every single part was confirmation I made a good purchase. I did post (below) a turkey cook. Excited about cooking a pork shoulder or brisket next.
Oh man oh man oh man oh man I want a 360 and YOU'VE GOT ONE! Excited with you enough for ya?
I don't have one yet, but I brush out my cookers after every use. I have a nylon brush subscription with Amazon - has a body with molded scraper and a 2" rectangular bristle head. I have a soft bristle subscription for Weber porcelain too. I get ~ 8 brushes every 3 months for ~ $ 1.00 each.
