Posted here a few months ago about my decision to get the PK 360. Well, I pulled the trigger in April and I couldn't be happier. Great piece of grilling machinery sitting on my deck. Love how easy it is to manipulate air flow, and the height (vs. my old Kettle), helps make it a joy to cook on. (Plus I think it looks sexy as hell 
).
Ran it through its paces in earnest this past weekend, hosted a Memorial Day BBQ for about 20. I was inspired by a local restaurant we have in Philadelphia (Zahav), where they do a lot of live fire cooking over charcoal. Because the 360 is rectangular, I was able to find these long sword-like skewers (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1) that were long enough to span the length of the grill without the grate.
Mixed up some Bulgarian Kebabs (https://books.google.com/books?id=oP...0zahav&f=false) as well as some really tasty chicken thighs marinated in harissa, and another one marinated in Amba (which is a pickled mango condiment from Israel). Everything was great, and the guests were impressed by the kebabs cooked over the open flame
